Lucy is a white faced capuchin who arrived in early 2004
She is very intelligent and the food puzzle ball facinated her.
Lucy's long prehensile tale and long limbs are great for mobility
Lucy almost never has a smile on her face...
...except when she greets you! But watch out for those teeth!
A quiet moment in her new exhibit.
A pair of Brown Capuchins came to the Zoo in Dec. 2004 with their own blankets, the female really loved hers.
The male was fairly agressive and we named him Shiro Kiba
Kiba was very active all the time and for months tried to dismantle the whole enclosure
We orginally called the female Tomo Chan as she was a sweetheart from the start
The male who was originally named Kiko eventually calmed down and would carefully inspect his hands.
Kiko enjoyed this new feather toy
Milk carton crates were fun to stand on..
Kiko found crates also made a great platform for eating peanuts.
We learned the females original name was Belle
Belle seems to like the new exhibit she shares with Lucy
